How to search for projects under ScopeLabel using VersionOne REST Api?

How to search for projects under ScopeLabel using VersionOne REST Api?
I came to know that the Programs listed in the VersionOne site could be
found using ScopeLabel in the REST API as follows -
http://v1.com/v1/rest-1.v1/data/scopelabel/10.
But, there are projects listed under the Program section. So, I don't know
how to proceed further using ScopeLabel to get to know the projects under
the program. Need help in this regard. I'm looking forward to an URL like
solution as shown above, as it would help me moving ahead.
